Easyteg
Easyteg
Easyteg is a one-of-a-kind insulating tile underlay system for roofs, obtained by assembling a corrugated sheet of Tegolit Plus 200 5-wave fibercement tile underlay sheet, pitch 200/61, with an insulating panel in expanded polystyrene (EPS) battened on both sides.
easyteg® is the result of Edilfibro Spa’s experience in the roofing sector, which combines the exclusive properties of fibercement with the insulating characteristics of expanded polystyrene.
The system offers the following advantages: it is tile underlay, weatherproof, stainless, battened insulating side to eliminate thermal bridges, helps achieve hygrothermal comfort in the internal environment, prevents the condensation, is easy and quick to install.
The easyteg® tile underlay sheet system is the ideal solution in the construction and/or renovation of civil and agricultural roofs and wherever an insulated roof combined with a tile finish is required. In the case of installation without the presence of a sheet, easyteg® can be requested with a PVC/PRFV lower side finish; this version gives a pleasant aesthetic appearance and offers the ideal solution in agriculture and specifically, in the livestock sector where particularly aggressive atmospheres persist.
In fact, in addition to making the easyteg® sheet resistant to chemical agents, the internal finish of the material allows easy cleaning with pressure washers, ensuring environmental hygiene with significant time savings.
A series of dedicated accessories complete the roof system. Easyteg is available in the standard clay tile red color, and upon request, in the Terrechiare or Terrebrune finish, to allow the perfect insertion of the roofing in civil and agricultural environmental contexts.
Why choose Easyteg
An essential requirement of European directives, non-combustibility is a strong point of Edilfibro profiled sheets.
Lightweight (13.5 kg/m2) and flexible, PVA cement has significant advantages in assembly and maintenance, thanks to its high solidity and impact resistance, thanks to the insertion of special safety strips inserted in the sheets cement matrix. This feature also complies with the standards of the UNI EN 15057 standard which requires that a sphero-conical body weighing approximately 50 kg, dropped freely from a height of 120 cm, is retained for at least one minute by the sheet itself even if damaged.
Thanks to its water vapour permeability and thermal insulation properties, PVA cement boasts a notable capacity to control condensation and draining excess humidity.
Waterproof and frostproof, PVA cement easily passes the “climatic influence” test in compliance with the UNI EN 494:2015 standard.
The remarkable sound absorption property of PVA cement helps to increase insulation and consequent comfort.
The cement matrix, the result of in-depth research, ensures resistance to aggressive environmental agents and chemical agents such as sulphates and acid rain.
PVA cement is not affected by oxidation phenomena and is not subject to morphological changes and perforations of the covering in the event of stray currents.
Immune to fermentation processes, fibercement does not fear attacks from microbial agents of plant origin and is not attacked by insects and rodents.
Cement, composed of clay and limestone, abundant on the earth’s surface, combined with organic synthetic fibers and other components of the product, gives PVA cement ecological characteristics throughout its life cycle.
