At the end of 2019, Edilfibro Spa adopted the Organization, Management and Control Model in compliance with the Legislative Decree 231\/01:<\/p>\n

The supplier\/customer declares to have read and fully accept the \u201cCode of Ethics\u201d and the \u201cOrganization and Control Model in compliance with the Legislative Decree 231\/01\u201d published on this website in the \u201cCertifications<\/a>\u201c.<\/p>\n

The supplier\/customer therefore undertakes to maintain a behavior compliant with the provisions of the Code of Ethics and Model cited above and in any case such as not to expose themselves to the risk of application of the sanctions provided for by the aforementioned decree. The supplier\/customer also undertakes to immediately communicate to Edilfibro the occurrence of events actually or even potentially damaging to the Code of Ethics and\/or the Model ex 231\/01, or the occurrence of events that constitute non-compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned Legislative Decree 231\/01.<\/p>\n

Failure by the supplier\/customer to comply with the above commitments will constitute a serious breach of contract and will entitle Edilfibro Spa to terminate the contract with immediate effect, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 of the Civil Code.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
