Special processes
CORRUGATION
Corrugation makes it possible to deform the sheet in a special way to obtain shaped pieces with different angles or shapes. This technique is used to create special pieces against Customer specifications, for example, corrugated ridge caps with multiple pitches, or curved corrugated sheet with different bending radii for a wide range of applications.
CALENDERING
Calendering makes it possible to produce roofing with a constant vault, for example over structures of brick, steel, prefabricated buildings with roofing tiles with particular shapes such as the so-called "winged” and “Y” tiles.

CUTTING LINE
The cutting line enables Edilfibro to produce tape from coils having a wide range of widths and lengths, thus making it possible to produce custom tinworks against Customer specifications.
BENDING LINE
All tinworks and pressformed works against drawings
are performed using a 120 ton bending press with
working length up to 8 m.
